There is no water meter installed at the property for obvious reasons but the PVC pipe in which the mater is placed is in front of the property. Central Arkansas Water has run new lines to the area. Previous service was through Perry County Water Service and the water was NOT good. As this area is a few miles north of Lake Maumelle - the primary source of water for the Little Rock area - a deal was made for CAW to supply this area and nearby Roland, Arkansas. Lines were run several years ago, new pumping stations were built and the area now has excellent water quality.
The only Internet in the immediate area is is through Windstream which also supplies TV/phone - I believe Dish Network through AT&T is available also. However, there is a Windstream demark point one mile east at the intersection of Hwy 13 & Tram Road so Windstream has market share in that area.
Check out the Wye Mountain Daffodil Festival -- just a mile up the road on Hwy 113 and it is a beautiful sight when flowers are in bloom. In fact, there is NO shortage of daffodils on Wye Mountain.
